Too many of my friends found my other tumblr page, so I made this one to post all of my secrets.
I made a modified inner thigh “Thigh Gap” workout

  • 15 plank jacks
  • 40 plie squats
  • 10 side lunges (eachside)
  • 20 calf raises
  • 60 second wall sit

do how ever many reps you want, I did 1 today because it burns like hell

but it literally took me 6 minutes to do and I’m sweating
